All fares and prices quoted are subject to availability. Prices are subject to change until full payment is received and voucher(s) are issued. Prices that are quoted include all taxes and fees unless we advises otherwise.
YOUR VOUCHER AND DEPARTURE POINT
Please present your voucher 15-20 minutes before your lesson, session, etc. to the staff at the Online Reservations Window located outside of the Ticket Sales/Rentals arena. We can not be held responsible for clients showing up late for their tours and no refunds will be given.
AVAILABILITY
The travel products and services sold through this site are subject to availability and can be withdrawn without notice. Tour is confirmed when full payment is received.
RENTALS
By purchasing your rentals online, you are also agreeing to let Tuxedo Ridge hold a $300 deposit on your credit for each rental you purchase until the return of the equipment. For every piece of equipment NOT returned by 9pm on the night it was rented, your credit card WILL be charged $300. Your credit card WILL be charged $300 if the rental equipment comes back to rentals damaged, as well.

CANCELLATION POLICY
* Cancellation more than a week in advance : 15% administration fee
* Cancellation between a week and 48 hours prior to departure date: 50% of the total amount plus administration fees that might be imposed
* Cancellation less than 48 hours prior to departure date and time or no-show : 100% of the total amount
* Tickets for Events or Attractions are non-refundable
SNOW TUBING WAIVER
I accept for use, as is, the equipment on this form and accept full responsibility for its care while in my possession. I agree to hold harmless, release, defend and indemnify the Tuxedo Ridge LLC/Tuxedo Ridge Ski Center and its owners, agents and employees, as well as the equipment manufactures and distributors, for all loss or damage I may cause to this equipment, except reasonable wear and tear.
I agree to hold harmless, release, defend and indemnify the Tuxedo Ridge LLC/Tuxedo Ridge Ski Center and its owners, agents and employees, as well as the equipment manufactures and distributors, for any and all loss or damage I may sustain or cause to person or property while engaged in snow tube-related activities. This includes, but is not limited to, any and all claims for personal injury, death and/or property damage that may damage that may arise out of the use of the Tuxedo Ridge LLC/Tuxedo Ridge Ski Center, or any equipment, regardless of whether such loss or damage be caused to myself or to others.
I hereby release the Tuxedo Ridge LLC/Tuxedo Ridge Ski Center and its owners, agents and employees, as well as the equipment manufactures and distributors, for any and all liabilty to me or my property resulting from their own acts or negligence. I understand that the Tuxedo Ridge LLC/Tuxedo Ridge Ski Center and its owners, agents and employees, as well as the equipment manufactures and distributors, are not responsible for the consequences of their own negligence, that is, their failure to use reasonable care in any way in operation of this rental center and tubing hill, as well as the installation, maintenance, selection, adjustment and use of this rental equipment. I acknowledge that I am freely and expressly assuming and accepting any and all risks of property damages, personal injury or death as the user of this equipment and facility.
I understand and am aware that snow tubing is HAZARDOUS ACTIVITY. I understand that snow tubing and the use of snow tubes involves a risk of injury or death while participating in this activity.
I understand and am aware that the snow tube furnished could be HAZARDOUS to my well-being while snow tubing.
I CONTRACTUALLY AGREE that any and ALL DISPUTES between myself and the Tuxedo Ridge LLC/Tuxedo Ridge Ski Center arising from my participation in the activity or use of this equipment, and INCLUDING any claims for personal injury and/or death, WILL BE GOVERNED BY THE STATE OF NEW YORK and EXCULSIVE JURISDICTION thereof will be in the state court residing in the county where the alleged tort occurred or the federal courts of the State of New York.
IN THE EVENT ANY SECTION OF THIS RELEASE IS FOUNDTO BE UNENFORCEABLE, THE REMAINING TERMS SHALL BE FULLY ENFORCEABLE.
THIS RELEASE SHALL BE BINDING TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
This release shall be binding upon my assignees, subrogors, distibutees, heirs, next-of-kin, executors, personal representatives, and administrators and may be pled by Tuxedo Ridge LLC/Tuxedo Ridge Ski Center as a complete bar and defense against any claim, demand, action or causes of action by or on behalf of the renter.
I have read the above paragraphs and fully understand them. I have made no representations to the Tuxedo Ridge LLC/Tuxedo Ridge Ski Center regarding my name, address or age.
I agree that there have been no warranties, expressed or implied, which have been made to me beyond the information written on this form. I, the undersigned, acknowledge that I have read this Warning, Assumption of Risk, Hold Harmless, Indemnification and Release of Liability agreement and I understand its contents. I understand that my signature below expressly waives any rights I may have to sue the Tuxedo Ridge LLC/Tuxedo Ridge Ski Center for injuries and damages.
